Fundraiser Guidelines
My team and I do all the work so you can focus your energy on running your school and programs.
PROFIT DONATION: 40% profits from the jewelry sales.
Packets will be made for each individual student in each grade and will include;
• Instruction Sheet will be pasted to the front of the manila envelope.
• 1 catalog.
• 10 order forms.
• Instruction Sheet or Welcome Letter.
1. I will begin processing orders on <Insert End Date>
2. Each jewelry order will be packed in a separate bag for each individual customer, along with a thank you note. Moms will be able to purchase an additional piece of jewelry at 50% off if their child gets 5 or more orders collected!
3. Each student will receive their orders in 1 bag, with each individual customers order bagged separately. <OR> I will deliver orders to each customer the week of <Insert Date>
4. The student with the highest sells in each grade level will receive a $50 Gift card from Barbara’s Book Store.
5. Customers will make checks payable to me so I can quickly process and begin placing orders.

Fundraiser Guidelines example. The Fundraiser Guideline will go in your presentation folder and given to the school Principal, PTA President and anyone else needing this information.
Order Form examples. I create my Order Forms in Excel because I can manipulate the cells and add more needed, customized fields. Create 1 Order Form for each Student. 2 order forms will fit on each page. Print out 1 copy of each page or each order form. Make an additional 10 copies of each to send home with each student in their manila envelope.
These below 2 reciepts are the same except I have included the Student Name, Room # and Teacher on the example to the right.

Student Ledger - this document will be given to the school showing each students orders collected, by teacher. I use Excel for the Student Ledger.
In Column A I have Students Last Name, Column B Students First Name, Column C Customers Last Name, First Name, Column D Items #, Column E Price, Column F Subtotal, Column G Total with Tax, Column H 50% Off Item(Mom's reward if child collects 5 orders), Column I Subtotal of the 50% off Item, and Column J Total of 50% off item.
At the bottom of the spreadsheet you will see worksheet tabs with Room #, Teachers Last Name, and Grade.
Column F Subtotal is what is used to calculate schools profits.

All orders are due March 15th to your classroom teacher.
• Please collect 5 orders.
